Are the drivers and passengers glass shaped different??? I'll try it again tomorrow I was going to do 5% but I said if it isn't dark enough I will add another layer of 18%. So coming from a tint guy do you feel the gouge in price is really worth it? I have been quoted between $250 and $500 to get mine done. 22mini20 Posted September 3, 2014 Author Report Share Posted September 3, 2014 It took me about 5 hours of it and the drivers side was giving me a bunch of problems and I probably wasted 35 feet of tint..... The way it is curved it takes about 100 inches to cover the whole glass, times that by 4 tries and that is 33 feet of wasted tint it finally worked out on the 5th time, where the left glass only took one shot, it was really weird the glass looks the same just opposite sides.
