DatTexasBoy
I think it's the new one for the 400 Raptor. It would be ok for cruising or even wakeboarding assuming you do not load the boat down fully. I swapped mine out for a 1235 and it's perfect. Burning about 6gph on average. That's loaded full day of riding.
imondi
Did the 1235 pull the weight a little easier? We have a 15' F22. We are at 5000 ft and with the stock 2701, the boat will plane while full, but it takes forever! Top speed with this prop at elevation is a little over 40 mph. I am debating between a 1235 and a 2079.
Greeko
I would use the 2313. Increase in diameter will really help get you out of the water!
Shawndoggy
I have a spare 2315 I'm probably looking to sell. Thinking about an OJ 845.
somepeteguy
I have a spare 2315 I'm probably looking to sell. Thinking about an OJ 845. How was the clearance on your boat? Considering using my repaired 817 (13.5 x 17.5) as a spare. MidnightMax
Shawndoggy
3/4"? Plenty. I don't think I took any pics, but I ran that prop for 120 hours and didn't have any prop burn or anything.

But what are the ratios on the 2 speed? I'd think a 2315 might be way too short with a 2 speed. IIRC wakedirt ran a 1433 on his 2 speed and really liked it. btbpreston
^^^ ditto ^^^ Wouldn't mind trying out that 2315. Sent from my LG-D851 using Tapatalk

IIRC wakedirt ran a 1433 on his 2 speed and really liked it. When I added the 1100s in the lockers, the boat really loved that prop, did great. Even with a bunch of people and full surf ballast it held speed great in low and high.
Murphy8166
anyone know the diameter, pitch and cup of this newly mentioned prop?

Pete - is the 817 your normal prop? seems like it would only be good for cruising or water skiing. That's a LOT of pitch

That's a LOT of pitch Yes, but I have a two speed tranny. Depending on load and current we will surf in either low gear (heavy load/current) or high (lighter load, more bow weight). MidnightMax
Still seems like a lot of pitch even for a 2 speed. Have you ever tried a 1433?
