Shawndoggy
Acme 2391. $450 shipped to your door. Used once. Turns out it's just slightly too aggressive for us.This is the more aggressive cousin to the factory high altitude prop for the 1.72:1 transmission boats. By comparison, the 2247 is the least aggressive (.150 cup), and the 2249 is in the middle (.105 cup). This would be a great prop for someone with a 2249 who wants to bring up rpms just a little bit to get into the powerband without making a huge step down in pitch to a 2773 or 2313. Might also work well for older boats on the 1.5:1 transmission who are looking for 1235-like performance in a 15" prop without making a huge step down in pitch. Also if you are interested in a 2247 or 2249, I'll cover the cost of having the prop re-cupped by Nettle props before it goes to you. No pics b/c of photobucket disaster, but pm me if you want a pic and I can take some and e-mail to you. SCF21
UNSTUCK
Did you buy this from Nettle's? If so, they should take it back. They have been totally awesome with returns. My third prop is on its way to me now.
