Has anyone had issues with their javelin shutting down when the bass hits a really low note at medium to high volume?

Define high volume...

When it shuts down does the LED go from normal mode (blue) to protect mode (red)?

Running 2 arc audio xti 1000.1 at 1ohm to 2 wetsounds xxx 12’s. 4 6 volt batteries only wired to the system, not wired to any part of the electrical (alternator). When the xxx’s hit at 1/2 to 3/4 volume, the inboat amps shuts down. Back off the sub gain and it plays fine.

It will show clipping before it goes into protect so if it keeps trying to run your speaker is popped

Suspect the system voltage is dropping too low during the extreme low frequency (high current) demand and the Javelin doesn't like it.

Sounds like voltage drop to me too. Are the batteries at full charge?
