  1. @Rodney can you help me find the plug on top of the transmission? I have looked everywhere for the neutral safety switch and can’t seem to find it. Can you explain it or even better post a picture of it/it’s location. Thanks
  2. @billwil I am having the same problem on my 2019 F21 Tomcat. How were you able to test the throttle assembly? And where did you get a new one? Thanks
  3. I do see a difference, for a big boy like me I want as much push as possible. For some of the smaller, or better riders they want a longer wave with less push. Try it out and see if you notice a difference. Always fun to mess around with the settings and find out what works best for you.
  4. I use it all the time when surfing! Some people want a longer shorter wave, others want the tallest wave. Just personal preference of surfer.
  5. @bloodiestcadaver I checked the fluid in the v drive and it was good. I need to hook up a hose tomorrow and check the transmission fluid after following the N-F-N-R-N I did check the transmission fluid for smell and burn and it was fine.
  6. Not sure if something like this would work out for you or not. https://www.krypt-towers.com/krypt-swivel-rotating-mount-for-wakeboard-tower-racks-1/ these guys seem to have several options that might fit for you.
  7. Had the boat out this weekend and a strange thing happened. when shifting from neutral to forward the transmission did not engage several different times. If I shifted back to neutral and then reverse and then back to forward it usually went into gear. Other times if I gave it a bit more throttle it would eventually go into gear. any ideas on what would be causing this? I have a family reunion coming up this weekend and want to be ready for it.
  8. @BTown801 nice work man! If you get a chance take a picture and post it here so we can see the final result.
  9. Depending on the surfboard we can put some on the stock racks. In the center we can fit our bigger boards and the top/bottom can fit our skim boards. When all else fails we store in the sleeves on top of the bimini. what racks do you have on your boat? Post a picture so we can see what you are working with.
  10. On my 2019 Tomcat I have a switch that controls the CAV plate. Does you boat have the leavers or switches for the hard ballast tanks? if you have switches you should have a center tab or CAV switch by the hard tank ballast switches. You can view how much the center plate is deployed by switching the view on your screen. hope this helps.
  11. @BTown801that is scary about the axis last week! I had the same concern on full inside diameter to not restrict any flow. We are headed out of town next week for a month so this will be a July project to finish for me. let me know if you find a seacock and I will do the same. It can’t be that hard to find right?
  12. I just replaced the stock sea strainer with an Indmar Strainer Pro with the built in flush kit. It took all of 10 minutes and was really easy. The one thing I noticed was no seacock (shut off valve) on the intake hose. Does anyone know what is best for adding one? In-line or one with a flange? The idea would be to shut it off when hooked up to a hose while out of the water for maintenance and wintering.
  13. Looks like the price is down to $99k now? Even if you have to buy replacement tower racks this is a screaming deal now! Good luck man! Hope it all works out for you!
  14. Looks like an Amazing deal to me! Depending on what you could get for yours it could be a sweet upgrade without much financial risk! Good looking color scheme as well!
