  1. Same thing happened to ours!! We have a 2012 F21. Our dealer here told us that it has happened quite a bit. They told us that they would take care of it, but I'm not sure how. The boat is at their place now so we will see what they do. I don't even know how this happened. We have used the pylon maybe 3 times total and it is bent forwards towards the bow! I'm starting to get a little worried that the whole boat is gonna fall apart. We have already had several issues that are making me nervous. I could understand on a used boat, but on a brand new boat.....!
  2. Same setup here too and also on port side! Check with your dealer on repair and replacement costs. Our dealer here in Utah was great to work with.
  3. Just had the same thing happen to us on the way down to Lake Mead. Tire came off and sheered of three of the studs!!! Luckily we stopped to fill up where there was a tire shop that could fix it. We dealt with our local dealer and they were good about covering everything. Bunk bolts were also loose! Makes me a little nervous for the future because it is a brand new F21 and the trailer only had about 200 miles on it when it all happened.
  4. Here is a thread that might help. http://www.mbboatowners.com/index.php?option=com_kunena&func=view&catid=2&id=6644&Itemid=179#8472
  5. We recently installed a battery charger under the seat in the bow on the starboard (driver) side on the floor just below the perko. I ran the connectors through the same hole with all of the other wires that are connected to the battery. Before the install the clarion bluetooth worked perfectly with no feedback. Ever since the install whenever someone connects to the bluetooth there is a high pitched feedback noise. I am wondering if this is due to the battery charger. Any suggestions or ideas to eliminate the feedback would be greatly appreciated.
  6. Nice! Hope to see you on the lake soon! Need to start puttin some hours on real soon!
  7. Not yet! I am going crazy trying to get the boat out. I live in Utah and the weather here goes from 80 degrees to 40 degrees and snow in a matter of hours. I can only go on the weekend so every day I have wanted to get out, it has been bad weather. We will hit up Utah Lake as soon as the weather is good on the weekend!
  8. Congrats! We also went with the black accents on the tower. Looks sick! You gonna do black or white speakers? We debated forever on either black or white and ended up with the black. It looks awesome, but I would like to see what white looks like with the black accents.
  9. Ha ha! Not yet, but since I can't put it in the water yet I will probably have someone drive me around the neighborhood at different speeds blasting the system to check it out! :woohoo:
  10. Just got the Clarion Bluetooth unit installed along with the Clarion EQ (Exactly the setup that Shawndoggy posted previously on the thread, but on the right side of the steering wheel, thanks again for the idea Shawndoggy) It looks awesome and works perfectly! Sound quality is excellent and it was working perfectly from about 25 ft away outside of the boat! Another good feature is you can control volume from the device you are using. I've downloaded the adaptunes app and can't wait to try it out!
  11. So we have a 2012 21 Tomcat on it's way from the factory. We have a really steep inclined-to-flat driveway. We store the boat on the flat part so when we back the boat in it has to go over the crest from the incline to the flat. Our old trailer would always scratch when going over the crest. I called California Trailer Works and they told me that all the trailers come with rollers to solve this problem, however when we went to the dealership we could not see them. Anyone know if you have to order them seperate or do they come on all of the new trailers? (It is possible that we were looki
  12. Thanks for all the good input! The boat is complete and should be delivered within the next few days so we will have to make a decision soon. I'll let you all know what we end up doing and how it looks/sounds.
  13. Good to know! I'm a big fan of the "thump". Anyone have any info on how the two Rev 8s sound? I still haven't heard a setup with just two Rev 8s.
  14. So I just stopped by Reboats here in Utah and they had a 2012 21 Tomcat with 2 pairs of Rev 8s. It was probably the best sound systems I have heard on a boat. It was super clean and loud! I am considering getting either just two Rev 8s, the two pair of Rev 8s, or just two Rev 10s. I have never heard how two Rev 10s sound. Anyone have any suggestions?? Also there is a big enough difference in sound to justify the extra $ to go from two Rev 8s to four or to just two Rev 10s? Thanks!
