  3. I have had a couple instances this year while surfing where the speedometer quickly spikes up to 15 or 20 and shuts the boat down for a moment, then resumes working again. The boat isn't actually speeding up, but the zero off thinks it is. Is this what you guys are seeing? I assumed it was just some kind of GPS glitch. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Tapatalk
  4. This is full stock, 350 lead in the pickle forks, 22.2 at 70 ft. I used to run 23 at 75-80, but I decided to slow down this year and it has helped my riding alot! I suggest trying full stock and if it's too steep, throw up to 600 in the nose. I have found that when you really slam them, the wake gets steep and you have to run pretty fast to mellow it out. That said, I prefer a mellow Malibu wake over a steep one! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Tapatalk
  5. Sorry, it is a 2015. The 5 and 6 are just too close together on the keyboard! I guess I didn't consider the the stroke difference. I wonder if I could use the gen 1 offset mount and push the slapper from the base similar to the way it already works. Then, maybe the shorter stroke could work. 6. How are you guys deciding on the size and shape of the slappers? I know with the Ghetto gate for my axis, somebody had a template of an actual Surf Gate so it made it easy! I have a 16 with a Gen 1 surf system. Because the control system is in place and I already have the actuators, this should be an easy upgrade! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Tapatalk
  7. Congrats!! That wave looks good!!! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Tapatalk
  8. It took me a half hour the first time, but now I can swap them in 5 minutes. I will get in the boat and take a pic this afternoon so I can show you where to take it apart to make it really easy! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Tapatalk
  9. Go to Walmart or any other store that has RV accessories and buy a manual dump valve. It will bolt in and replace the Drainmaster valve. I keep one on my boat and it has saved my weekend twice! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Tapatalk
  10. I have the same issue with the bimini, but only when surfing. We started either surfing with the bimini down or just towing from the ski pylon. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Tapatalk
  11. Did anybody add 90s with a connecting hose to their 2015? I will light my boat on fire before taking out those manifold bolts again! Haha Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Tapatalk
  12. I have an F22 with the Gen 1 system. We list it and don't use the surf system. Couldn't get it dialed! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using Tapatalk
  13. We did this a couple years ago. The video made me sick at full speed but the pics are awesome!!
  14. We bought a 2015 F22 from Action. We don't have a local MB dealer so we drove 12 hours to make the purchase. Even being this far away, their service has been amazing!! In my opinion, they are a great dealer! Ahren is one of the most knowledgable employees I have met at any dealer and if you get a chance to watch him ride, you are in for a treat! He can get you setup and it will make wakesurfing very easy to learn. Tell him Victor from Colorado says hi! As far as family time, get the kids friends involved in the weekend fun and they will beg you all week to take them to the lake!!

    Help?

We have a 15 f22 as well. We wakeboard 90% of the time. I went with a 2079 and it is a beast!! We pull between 23 and 24 depending on rope length and it does awesome! That said, I have heard amazing things about the 2315 as well. You can't go wrong either way!
  16. Congrats that's awesome!! Lake weddings are the best! My wife and I got married last year on a lake in Colorado! Best day ever!
  17. Apparently those wakes never cease to impress me! Haha I am fighting the same prop shaft seal leak! It seems to only leak when coming onto plane fully weighted!

  19. Steelewake... What is your setup? That wake is huge!
  20. DFTR... That is just the stock 2800 on the 15 f22! We ran an extra 800 in the bow a few weeks ago and it got huge!! The knee was not a fan! Haha
  21. Still riding! Still taking a beating!! Lol
  22. Have you contacted TXMC directly about the issue? I have great experiences with that dealer! I purchased my MB from Action Watersports, which is 12 hrs away. I have had a couple issues and Jeff, the service manager, called a shop locally and set up everything for me. The shop picked up my boat for me and had it done in a couple days. The dealer also said Action was great to work with. I would definitely purchase from them again and if I were you, I would expect the same great service from TXMC!
  23. I feel that the F22 fits my style of riding better than the Axis. They are completely different wakes! The F22 has a smooth transition with a steep lip. It's similar to an older SAN with a little more transition in the bottom. The wedge would steepen the wake on the Axis, but i felt like it wasn't as solid of a wake and it made it wider. For boosting to the flats and raley tricks, the Axis was easier to ride, but the MB is a lot more poppy on wake to wake stuff. Here is a pic from last weekend. Still fighting pain from knee surgery, but it's getting stronger. I can't wait to get some butter wake pics like DFTR always manages to get! This is stock 2800 full with 400 in the nose, 75 ft, 23.2 mph.
  24. Is anybody having issues with the rope rubbing on the Bimini with the MBs? My f22 rubs when you are pulling a surfer out of the water....
