Just put in an order with Pat at NWBS. Very good to deal with and extremely helpful. Made ordering a breeze even with a 3 year old and 5 month old tagging along... Lol. Good move by MB to switch from Portland Ski Boat/Stancraft. Cant wait for the new boat!

For those that have a 2018 already with these options what is your feedback? Does anyone have a picture of the washdown option? What about the platform step - good or bad?

Did anyone notice that a "surf pipe" is now in the options list on the MB boat builder? Has anyone seen it?

Once deployed, they actually acted more like NSS. Push was comparable to GSA. It did take a bit more list with the Gen 2 tab (so switching like the name implies was a no go with that system).

I was able to throw a cleaner wave on my 15 w/ Gen 2 tabs than my 16 with GSA.

MB tends to use up their old stock on early run models so that may be what you are seeing.... Besides the tower, I think the only other big difference was the switch to manual ballast gate valves in lieu of electric. Early 16's had a different transmission ratio as well.

Mark - Is there really no way to access the bow bag if something goes wrong?

Are you just filling all ballast including PNP 100% and deploying GSA to get this result? Draining on the off side to clean it up?

What bag did they put in the bow? I'm assuming it's independent of the hard tanks and fills/empties on pumps?

90k seems really high for a '17 B52. You can find them all over the place for well under 80k right now.

I would say so. The style above was the second iteration of their switch tab on the '15 models. They went to GSA in 16. I have had both systems and got both to work pretty well. GSA has more adjustability for sure.
