Sean Michaels
Hello fellow MB owners! It’s finally the right season again! I’m getting ready to get my 2022 F21 out and prepared for the season. So, full disclosure, I accidentally left my battery switch in the “all” position, and both batteries are completely dead. Am I doomed to buy two new batteries, or do you think I’ll be able to salvage them? Also, how often are you guys changing your impeller? It’s a brand new boat and only has like 60ish hours on it, im contacting the dealer right now to see if they did that on the last service I took it in for. Thank you all and happy boating. PS-I am fully aware how dumb it was of me to leave those batteries on AND not plugged in lol. It wont happen again I can tell you that though
bloodiestcadaver
Id say charge them up. They are probably fine. I do my impeller every other year. If you use the boat they will last years, but its so cheap and easy. peace of mind. Sean Michaels
Tim
Certain battery tenders/chargers can desulfate a battery. I use the Noco Genius 5 for all my toys and it desulfates. bloodiestcadaver and Sean Michaels
