MidnightMax
So its more of a step than a ridge? It must be the shadow on the other picture.
Redfender_2009
No its a ridge but the resin on the edges of the board cause it to look like a slope but it is a ridge.
MidnightMax
Gitta think thats not ideal for the ride. Anxious to hear how it works though. Great project
timayz
It surfs! I'll let him post more later.
Redfender_2009
So its surfable, I'm definitely doing another one as I've learned some do's and dont's on this one. I think I'm going to copy our soulcraft design but use the rail off of this one, it cut pretty quick just a little short and the nose was in fact to shallow. But hey at least it's a success at making a rideable board! I'm 135lbs, and friends are 160,185, and it survived!!! oldsmobiledriver, The Donfather, allzway and 1 other
timayz
Man that board cuts and turns so easy. It was easy to recover a mistake as well, I think due to it being so light then an edge that digs in. I liked it! Taught me I am on the wrong board. Redfender_2009
Practice makes perfect! I'll do a few more this winter and post pics of the builds, if I can get a few perfect boards in the future. I will try to sell some.
