Mattyt88
Hi Guys - new to the forum and MB boats. I'm an old skier and haven't had a boat for years. Have young kids who are just getting into skiing and wakeboarding. I'm going to look at a 1995 Boss 200 this weekend. It appears to be in amazing shape with approx 1400hrs. Only had 2 owners (who both happen to be great friends). I'm having a hard time finding much info on this boat aside from Waterski Mags reviews. Is there already a thread posted here that someone can point me to (can't seem to find one)? If anyone has experience or tips on what I should be looking for with this model it would be greatly appreciated! Matt

Mattyt88
Does any one know the compression ratio on a pcm Ford 351 V8? Testing her tomorrow....1996 engine. Thought I read it was more important that all cylinders were within 10%....
steve142
Not sure. I had the standard 351 in one and the GT40 in the other. Quick check online would prob tell you
oldsmobiledriver
LS car engines are usually around 155 lbs and my Oldsmobile engine is around 190 and yes you want to be within %
oldsmobiledriver
And that's cylinder pressure if you're doing a compression test.
