What boat did you run this on and why selling now? Just curious if I'm gonna not need it at sea level with 400 motor on the 19 23ft?

I had it for a 2017 F22 Tomcat. If you're going to run fully loaded or extra weight it will get you out of the hole much faster.

I'm selling because I need a different prop for the Malibu :)

Absolutely not lower surf rpm with the 2775 if you are on a boat with a 1.76 transmission.  Will pull just about any load but there's no free lunch.  I had a 2775 and found it too aggressive on my 16 F22. Surfing pulled about 4500 rpm, which I did not enjoy.  Moved to a 2249, which worked very well and pulled any load I wanted but still surfed and cruised at higher rpm than I like (4000 - 4300 surfing and about 25 mph at 4000 rpm).  Moved to a 2279 and now surf rpm is 3600 - 3900 depending on weight and how it is distributed.  Also cruises at 25 mph at 3500 rpm,, 28 at 4K rpm and 39 at WOT, whereas the 2775 got me 22.5 mph at 4000 rpm and 32 at WOT.

2775 is a fine prop and great for getting virtually any load up on plane but don't look for reduced rpm.

Thanks for the breakdown. I'll start with stock prop with the new boat and see how it does.
