New2heber
So we have had our boat about 1 1/2 summers. Totally new to boating etc and was told to just fill both hard ballasts in rear all the way up and the rear bags as well equal weight on each side. We also run 500lbs upfront. This seems to be our typical surf wake and to me it just doesnt seem as good as pics from some of you. Do you have suggestions? Should I only fill the rear surf side ballasts? Or is it because its the 21 footer and not the 23? Any help is really appreciated. Thanks

Sbentz101
I think with smaller boats need more weight in the back. Try moving bow weight to midship and favor surf side ballast a bit. Nose will be little higher with shorter boat but it will give you better push and still long enough when adjusted right (use center plate just a hair for extra length once you get really good push and clean face). My 2 cents but I'm no expert. Just been my observations over ththe last few years.
oldsmobiledriver
Yep, needs the rear weight but the GSA will help keep the bow down some. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
