  1. What is the goal with the Noico application in regards to coverage? Does hitting the majority of the key areas make a difference or is it essential to try to get all gaps covered, overlap, etc? Anybody do weatherstripping or Noico on plastic tray flanges? Seems something could set in there that would help soften the contact, make it more sound tight, and not raise the tray meaningfully. During winterization process, do the side panels near the engine come out? Just wondering if Noico on the inside causes any burden to that process.
  2. Not sure what you are asking. Modern boat lift bunks are adjustable and partially dependent on water depth and slope situation. The gatorbak covers look similar to what comes on a ShoreStation. Whether carpet or otherwise, they all seem to wear on the bottom surface over time.
  3. That was encouraging and helpful. I went at it again. I used q-tips on the sliding pin and some lubricating spray and it freed up. Getting good movement now. Now on to the other chores of opening lake house for season!
  4. Button to allow arm head to pivot is sticking. Pushes hard. When I get button pushed, it doesn't release right away to all it to lock at lock points. I took the button off and ensured nothing in that cavity. Pin that slides is issue. Any suggestions for how to remedy?
  5. Digging up old thread. I understand reason for running on 1 or 2 to keep other as spare. My boat is on a lift at end of dock. I don't have power out there to trickle charge. I also don't run radio when engine is not running. I have had trouble with batteries going dead, fortunately only at the dock. I've been inconsistent in past between using 1, 2, or all when running. Just replaced the original batteries in my 2015 and want to make sure I operate correctly going forward. Any other issue running on "all"? Another old thread says running on "all" can cause alternator issues.
  6. On my 2015 B52 21 I use no bow weight or center tab for wake boarding and I can get clean on both sides full factory ballast below 20 mph. I have Gen2 tabs, which need some center tab for surf.
  7. Boat Bling makes quikie sauce for sealant. I use 1-2 times per year. Hard to say how helpful, but easy to apply. That plus hot sauce keeps mine clean and shiny but I have white hull.
  8. If you can tow with 6 cylinder petro, 4 axles is excessive. Unless carrying around the ballast weight???
  9. It's over my head. I took the picture as I removed batteries and new I'd need it to put them back right.
  10. I had two Navy with gray ink. Maybe I'm getting the tone. No worries! Much appreciate the effort. Send what you get.
  11. Appreciate it if somebody would post pic of suckgate device when in action. Interested to see what's happening (water going over, splashing, etc.).
  12. Another note with my B52 21: I've noticed with minimal passengers it takes 1/2 tank on port side to offset prop rotation. In other words, max stock ballast is full port/ 1/2 starboard for clean wake both sides at 19-20 mph.
  13. I have a '15 B52 21. Running at 18-20 very sensitive to weight. Extra weight on port side to offset prop rotation. Once underway, moving 150lb person makes a difference as well as driving straight.
  14. Yankee campground is nice, but that side of lake is too shallow for my comfort. Some hidden boulders. Friend who lives on lake put prop through floor. Last time I went with boat, beach closed for ecoli. It's a shame.
  15. Wasn't sure where this was headed based on title. I boat at 1k above sea level. Base raptor engine/prop is never the problem. However, I am on big lake and wind makes a big difference in surf wave.
  16. Got mine! Thanks for handling - super cool! I might be in for towel's or sippy cups.
  17. Ignorant questions here.... Do you have to do anything in the spring before firing it up in the water?
  18. Nice ride! I tow with a Q7 TDI. Love the torque and size combo. I considered Yukon's and truck's, but they all feel like driving a school bus to me.
  19. Glad to see some can relate! Impressed by those that keep going with water/air in the 60's! Dec. 22 with snow visible -> that just sounds crazy
  20. One last pic on way to ramp Empty lift Looking forward to Spring!
  21. Planning to be around Sat through Monday. Looks like warm weather, hopefully dry!
  22. Idling out or cruising through? It's 4-5ft deep near my dock and idling can stir the bottom.
  23. We have a house on Southeast side by C ave. Weather hasn't been great, but breaks in rain have provided smooth water and little traffic. Pics dark as it was near dusk.
