There is t-nut that holds the fastener. Looks like you need to remove gas strut and then remove the back panel to the on the observers seat. We have a special tool to remove strut. Maybe your local dealer can help get that strut off for you

Factory stock setting is 12 degrees down on primary plate when fully deployed

Remove prop and use lapping compound without key. Clean and then fit prop on shaft without key and mark how far it went on. Remove prop and install key and make sure it goes on same distance without force. Install nut and tighten. This is a problem with most customers until they do it like this

TXMC is a great group of people. They will still service any MB in there area or what they have sold, with high importance. The new Texas dealer is in Houston with 3 stores, Texas Marine, is on board 100 percent and taking deliveries / orders now for 2016 product. It wont suprise me if TXMC was selling MBs in the future

I suggest having factory installed. Logos are time sanded then brite dipped Powdercoating chips and flakes
